Data Deletion
How to delete your data from our games
This page explains how to delete the data associated with you in games published by
Olhoten Apps (developer account on Google Play), including
Ten Twins: Number Match Game (com.olhoten.tentwins).
Our games do not require an account. Game progress is stored locally on your device, and a limited set of analytics and advertising data is processed by third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Option 1 — Delete Your Data In the App (Recommended)
The fastest and most complete way. In the app, go to:
Settings > Privacy > Delete my data
This will:
- Erase all locally stored game data (progress, scores, settings, virtual currency balance)
- Trigger deletion of the data held about your device by our analytics providers, where they offer an erasure API
- Reset analytics identifiers and revoke the push notification token
- Discard any unsent crash reports
After deletion, the app returns to its first-launch state. Uninstalling the app afterwards removes everything else stored on the device.
Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot use the in-app option, email us and we will handle the deletion request with our third-party providers on your behalf:
olhoten.apps@gmail.com — subject: “Data deletion request”
Please include:
- The game name (e.g., Ten Twins)
- Your device model and approximate dates when you used the app
- If known, your device advertising ID (Android: Settings > Google > Ads) — this helps locate data held by analytics/advertising services, since we do not operate user accounts
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
What Is Deleted, and What May Be Retained
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Game progress, settings, virtual currency (on device) | Deleted immediately by the in-app flow or by uninstalling |
| Analytics data (Firebase, GameAnalytics, devtodev) | Erasure requested from the provider; removed per provider timelines |
| Crash reports | Unsent reports discarded; collection stops |
| Purchase records | Retained by Google Play Billing as required for financial/legal compliance (we do not control these) |
| Advertising data held by ad networks | Governed by each network's privacy policy; see our Privacy Policy (Section 4.3) for links |
For full details on the data we process, retention periods, and your rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws, see our Privacy Policy.
